WEEKS 03–04

Core experience design

Homepage, vehicle collection, standard collection, product detail, dealer ordering, and mobile views. Deliverable: approved clickable direction for every core template.

WEEKS 04–08

Storefront build

Theme configuration, custom sections, search, filters, product templates, and early catalog batches. Deliverable: a working B2C staging store by the end of week 8.

WEEKS 06–10

Catalog and fitment at scale

Automated cleanup, image processing, priority copy, redirects, full fitment import, and exception handling. Deliverable: weekly catalog and fitment QA reports.

WEEKS 08–11

Dealer commerce and SEO

Company accounts, catalogs, price tiers, quantity rules, quick order, analytics, schema, redirects, and search migration. Deliverable: a complete B2B and SEO-enabled staging experience.

WEEKS 12–13

QA, user testing, and training

Catalog, fitment, B2C and B2B checkout, performance, browser, analytics, and redirect testing. Deliverable: launch candidate, training, and final approval checklist.

WEEK 14

Controlled production launch

Final catalog sync, redirect validation, go-live, crawl checks, transaction monitoring, and issue triage. Deliverable: the new HH Muffler store live in production.

POST-LAUNCH

30 days of launch support

Defect support, indexation review, analytics monitoring, and operating handoff. Weeks 15–16 remain available only if data, integrations, or approvals create a genuine launch dependency.
